Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures for all departments
  • Oversee and implement effective cost control systems, ensuring profitability and accuracy across all F&B operations.
  • Analyze and report variances while ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager, Procurement, and Finance teams to develop pricing strategies, track food and beverage costs
  • Monitor inventory usage, procurement, and wastage to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Monitor and manage daily food and beverage costs in alignment with the hotel’s financial goals
  • Conduct monthly food & beverage cost analysis and variance reports
  • Prepare detailed menu engineering and pricing reports based on recipe costing, target margins, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Liaise with purchasing, stores, and F&B teams to ensure budget adherence

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar cost control role, ideally within independent hotels
  • Expertise in budgeting, inventory systems, procurement processes, and variance reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Micros Control and Sun Systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
