- You are an experienced hospitality finance leader with a deep understanding of financial planning, operational control, team leadership, and reporting in a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the hotel’s financial operations—planning, reporting, controls, and risk management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with internal and regulatory standards
- Partner with departmental heads to review budgets, forecasts, and actual performance
- Ensure proper internal controls across purchasing, inventory, payroll, and fixed asset management
- Oversee accounts payable, receivables, and cash flow, ensuring liquidity and compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and local regulatory bodies
- Guide and mentor the finance team for continuous performance improvement
- Support pre-opening projects, systems implementation, and CapEx planning as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience as Assistant Financial Controller or Finance Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel
OR - Minimum 5+ years’ experience as Financial Controller in a comparable upscale hospitality property
- Professional qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, budget planning, cost controls, P&L oversight, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in hotel finance systems (Opera, Sun, Materials Control, or similar)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
